Trouble loading repaint into P3DV4

Firt off, I have painted a number of planes in the past and installed them in various versions of FSX, and P3dV3. I tried this with the c160. Texture installed, config file text for the plane added and saved, but nothing is showing when I bring up P3D. Interestingly I have tried this with two other planes, can't get them up either. Figure it has to be something with P3d, or my windows 10 blocking something. Any suggestions?

Some operational questions

I purchased the C160 a few days ago and I've been thoroughly enjoying it. I've done a few quick circuits and explored some of the cockpit systems. I'm a fly by the book kind of pilot and I like to keep things as realistic as possible, so I have a few questions regarding normal operations.

1. Fuel predictions. For example, a 300nmi flight with 70% payload. How much fuel including reserves would I need for such a mission? Also, what would a normal cruising altitude be?

2. Operation of the fuel valves. I'm confused about the operation of the fuel valves. Am i correct in saying that the fuel in the aux tanks should be burnt first? If so, how would i set this using the valves? During the before start checklist, it states to open the captain's crossfeed valve but not to close it again is this correct?

Nose wheel control

Please tell me how to activate the nose wheel steering. I hover over the control but it's not responding. Is there a power or transfer switch someplace. I have searched for it in the startup procedures but can't find anything, may be overlooking something. ?

P3D V4.4

Hi 
After an update of the P3D to the version V4.4 and a new installation of the JSS Transall (File: JSS_Simulations_Transall_C-160_1c_F1), 
the start of the Transall leads directly to a P3D crash. 
Is the problem known? Will there be a solution here?

Airplane identification sign in the cockpit of German Air Force Transalls

The German Transalls have left and right of the annunciator panel each a sign with the identification of the individual aircraft. Can you give us german vPiloten a possibility to add this ID later? (With a texture??) It would greatly enhance the panel of the Transall and the sense of flight! Hopefully this is possible with an update ...

Test Systems Problem

Here in Germany we have a problem with the test systems of the JSS Transall with/in 8 different simulator pilots/systems.
The fuel quantities can not be indicated by pressing the provided buttons (pointers remain in "0-position"), the same with hydraulic systems, propeller-overtore. etc. The test systems for windscreen heating, fire extinguishing system and de-icing do not react at all. The situation is similar with the vibration meters.
It works with a slow double-click with the mouse, the 2nd click must be hold. Or you turn the mouse wheel, then it works too.
The problem occurred in the period 2nd December week 2017. We first suspected a Windows Update - but that was it not ...
It occurs in the P3D V3 / 4. In FSX everything is O.K.
There were several new installations performed. A computer system was put on again, the P3D V4 installed and then the JSS Transall (file JSS_Simulations_Transall_C-160_1c_F1) installed - also here there was the problem.
The 8 computer systems are different except for the Windows10 (processor, video card, memory, motherboard, hard disks, video card driver)
Is there a solution for this problem?

overheat Battery?

i have a little problem with the battery switches during enroute. After 5-6 minutes enroute or climb a alarm sound is activatet.
I can deactivat this sound if i switch the battery switch to DC extern.
But then i have a master caution "Battery" at the warning panel.
How i have to switch the battery correctly?
